Today was a great day as we finally got to meet Braxton! He was born on 4/20/2011 at 4:03 pm. It was a semi-scary labor as Laura's blood pressure kept dipping pretty low, but she did great. Once again, she pushed for approximately 2 minutes and was acting normal about 5 minutes post birth.
Braxton measured in at 8 lbs, 1 oz and 20.5 inches (Brenner was 8.4 and 20.25). He is doing great and has been "quiet" so far, rarely crying. Hopefully that holds up!
Here are various pictures including a video of his first bath that he "loved". So far, Papa (Ron), Grandma June, Grammy (Deborah), and Leigh have met him.
We think he looks VERY much like Brenner did initially, some of the pics we got were almost identical even. We'll see if that holds up. Brenner's eyes were immediately brown, while Braxton's seem to have some blue/green to them, but that sometimes goes away.
