It's a Boy!!! (probably)

We went for Laura's 13 week ultrasound/Downs Syndrome testing today. Concerning the Downs Syndrome, it all looked good, but we'll know even better in about a week when the blood results come back.

When the nurse was doing the ultrasound, we asked her to guess on the sex. She said they usually can't tell, but when she looked she thought she saw "something" and said she'd guess boy. The second time she looked, she was even more confident in that. A little while after that, when the doctor came in to take his look, we asked the same thing. He said he probably wouldn't be able to tell but he'd take a look. Almost right away, he got a good angle and said "Yep, I'm definitely thinking boy, but I wouldn't guarantee it".

So, it looks pretty likely that Brenner is going to have a little brother! Also, we have further decreased the chances of the Nafe name ending anytime soon!

Here are the 3 ultrasound pics they gave us. Not easy to see much though. We did see some good shots there though, including "him" moving around quite a bit and his spine and fingers were very clear to see.
