Backyard Deer Zoo

We are visited by deer behind our house most nights at around 6 or 7. There is usually anywhere from 2 - 5 of them. We have started throwing out some corn kernels to attract them as a couple of other neighbors also do. The boys (and us) love watching them out our window or from the deck.

On Thursday, we had 6 show up, more than normal. While they were out there, Laura threw some more corn out, closer to our house and they came right to it. So, we watched out of the basement windows and got a better, closer view than we typically do.

Brenner has named most of them. Dancer, Prancer, Don (random, but unknown to him, that was my dad's name), and now Trea (pronounced TREE-a) because he likes to jump over trees.
